ד"ר נתנאל (נתי) אבנרי הוא בוגר המחלקה ללימודי המזה"ת ובית הספר לתקשורת בינלאומית באוניברסיטת בר-אילן. את עבודת הדוקטורט שלו כתב בתחום יחסים בין לאומיים (יחב"ל) של המזה"ת במסגרת מסלול ישיר ללימודי תואר שלישי לסטודנטים מצטיינים ותחת מלגת נשיא האוניברסיטה. כיום ד"ר אבנרי מרצה במחלקה ללימודי המזרח התיכון בבר-אילן ועמית מחקר במרכז לתקשורת בינלאומית, ומרצה לדיפלומטיה ציבורית ולאקטואליה מזרח תיכונית. מאמרים פובליציסטיים שכתב התפרסמו באתרי אינטרנט מובילים והוא הגיש פינה שבועית על פרלמנטים במזה"ת בערוץ הכנסת. כמו כן, הוא מנהל את אתר תוצרת המזרח התיכון. ד"ר אבנרי בעל ניסיון בדיפלומטיה ציבורית. הוא השתתף במשלחות הסברה בבריטניה ובארה"ב ובסמינר של האיחוד האירופי בבריסל "Training Seminar For Young Leaders from the EU, Israel and Palestine".

Dr. Netanel Avneri is a graduate of the Department of Middle Eastern Studies, Bar Ilan University, and the Public Diplomacy Seminar of the Bar Ilan School of Communication. He wrote his doctoral thesis on the Iraq – U.S. Relations during the Cold War under the Program of Outstanding Students and Presidential Scholarship. Dr. Avneri is a teaching fellow in the department of Middle East Studies, Bar Ilan, and teach the following courses: "Iraqi Ba'th Foreign Policy toward its Neighbours and the Global Powers" & "the Middle East Countries in light of the Cold War". He also teacher of the Arabic language and lecturer on public diplomacy and Middle East actuality (Iraq, the Persian Gulf, the U.S. policy in the Middle East, the consolidation process of the Arab – European Axis). He writes op-ed columns in major Israeli websites and had weekly commentary on Middle Eastern Parliaments on the TV program, "Political World", the Knesset (Parliament) Channel. He participated in delegations focusing on advocacy for Israel, and in "Training Seminar for Young Leaders from the EU, Israel, and Palestine" in the European Parliament.
